Some information for some unused game modes can be found in the game's files. It can only be seen with the notebook object or the $ method. Whatever they were meant for is a mystery, as there is no mention of custom adjectives or anything related to it. There are a few objects in the game titled "$MYADJECTIVES". This level is so simple that it's just a small cluster of objects, a Hydra, a castle, some clouds and a Starite. Kristjanshomestread is a simple test map, presumably created by and named after Kristjan Palsson, a 5th Cell employee. Unlike the stadium level, only the collision and the background of the map work, no missions or people are present.

It was a place where you could share and download other people's creations, and even give them a rating! The Mall was also supposed to appear in the PC version, however, it was cut very late in development and was replaced with the Steam Workshop, which is basically the same thing. This level is present in the Wii U version of the game as Punctuation Plaza.

The stadium level has merits that can be unlocked, and can be found in the game. Similarly to the mall level, there is a screen transition that mirrors the underline screen transition. This level was likely scrapped very early on and used for testing, as there are two variations of the level found in the game, one that spawns a pool of lava, and one that spawns a pool of water. Along with that, it is possible to load back into the level, the name of the level being "()". On the other hand, it doesn't have a proper background set up to it, but the collision works. This unused level is fairly feature complete, with merits and a functioning mission. 
Note that loading these levels normally might crash the game, as they do not have proper introduction cutscenes.
Unnamed Mall level (Used in the Wii U version, but scrapped from PC). Unnamed Stadium Level (along with a lava variant and a water variant). The collision data and entity indexes can be found in the "pmindex_for_code" xml file. There are three unused levels that were cut from the game. Also, creates a bike that is missing one of its wheels. It has no walking left animation, causing it to do an odd moonwalk, but it can still walk right normally. When spawned, it checks your progress and displays the correct "stone Lilly". If is selected, the game will crash if you are not in Edwin's Farm. Most rope-like objects create a rope made of purple rectangles. If you create a living object such as or the result in Unlimited will be a living present that slides around, while in Super Scribblenauts they would actually be said object. Some objects, like Edgar or Lily, cannot be spawned directly from the notebook, mainly because these items have a special character (that cannot be normally typed) in their names. 
The older one is located in PLATFORM\DATAVECTOR\HUMAN\PLAYER\MAXWELL.VEC while the newer one is in PLATFORM\DATAVECTOR\MAXWELL\TEXTURE.VEC These sprites, most likely from an earlier point in development, are still in the game.
